Pristine Green Outdoor Services, LLC is looking for a solid candidate to serve as Lawn Maintenance Lead Worker for the 2024 season and potentially beyond. Position is seasonal, and will begin roughly the first week of May of 2024, lasting roughly thru early November 2024. 25-35 hours per week on average, daily Monday through Friday with the potential of a few Saturdays during the prime times of the season. No Sundays.
Primary responsibilities of the Lawn Maintenance Lead Worker include servicing all lawn mowing customers weekly, on set routes per day. This includes operation of a 3/4 ton pickup truck with enclosed trailer and operation of small lawn equipment. The Lawn Maintenance Lead Worker will be working both solo on lawn mowing routes, and with occasional help from Owner as needed. This person will also assist business owner with other outdoor services work as required, such as shrub trimming, landscaping, etc.
Work Requirements:
Previous Lawn Maintenance or Landscaping work experience strongly preferred
Strong work ethic

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in the summer heat
Good attitude and team player
Self Starter
Basic small engine and small equipment maintenance skills a huge plus
Good communication and customer service skills
Punctuality
Ability to work independently and get work done without direction
Dependability and desire to commit to a full season of work.
Note that the work involved with this position is highly dependent on the weather, hours worked may vary if weather conditions dictate, this is not an 9-5 job.
$20-$25 to start, depending on prior experience and skill set. Potential for 90 day bump in wage rate for top performer.
