Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• Should have Develop and oversee business roadmap and align Consultant's services along the different projects, phases and work streams with BHE business goals
• You Must Provide strategic direction to the program and thought leadership in project
• You should Work with BHE managers and business users to understand the priorities and fixes to be provided
• You Must Ensure program structure and roles are filled with the right people at the right levels
• You Must Liaise with BHE Business Stake Holders to understand the needs of the business and propose IT enhancements and work as required in consultation with BHE IT Project Manager
• You should Resolve escalations/ issues related to the overall engagement

• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
