Position Available: Year-round Part-time Truck loader
Potential Shifts: Monday through Thursdays - within the time frame of 2 pm to midnight.
Flexible start time but work until the trucks are all loaded - averages between 10 pm and midnight.
Monday through Thursday evenings only - can work 1 to 4 nights each week with a 30 hour/week limit.
Incentive allows loaders to make additional money above the hourly wage rate based on accuracy and speed.
iPod with an app directs the loader where to find the product and assists in building the pallet.
Forklifts and walkie riders are utilized. Will train, if needed.
The nights and shifts are fairly flexible other than we do need to have commitments for a specific night or nights each week and hours available each night you would be available to work.
Job Description:
Accurately loading trucks and preparing them for the route delivery. General warehouse cleaning and product repackaging.
Essential Qualifications:
Possess a current and clean (within company standards) driver's license.
Demonstrated ability to do repetitive bending, twisting and lifting of 20 - 40 lbs and occasionally up to 165 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Possess or have the ability to possess a forklift safety certificate
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other employees and supervisors
Must pass pre-employment physical exam, strength test, background check and random drug screening.
