Operator will be responsible for detailing all varieties of cylinder heads and training new operators in detail.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused environment to detail cylinder heads ready to salvage.Operator should have attention to detail and be self-motivated.Operator will work in a team environment.Operator is expected to cross train in other areas of operations to provide flexibility within the job classification scope.Requires use of pneumatic tools to clean/detail.Enter data into various computer systems.Will use a hoist and CX lifting device to move cylinder heads.Will use hand tools to brush heads to clean.QualificationsJob Eligibility Requirements:Current agency workers must have met 90 days worked to be considered for this position.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.
Top Candidates will also have:
Previous cylinder head detail experience.
Previous experience with Cylinder Heads
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Previous experience utilizing a hoist.
Physical Requirements:
Will wear a detail suit and/or respirator.
Must be able to pass a respirator physical and will complete respirator training.
May be required to lift, push, pull heavy parts multiple times per shift.
Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
