Minimum two years accounting/bookkeeping experience.

Are you proficient in excel or Quick Books?
⢠Prepare weekly check run.
⢠Assist in reconciliation of credit card statements.
⢠Maintain prepaid supplier invoices and receptions.
⢠Document vendor returns and company credit in accounting system; regularly follow-up with vendors regarding
outstanding returns for credit.
⢠Maintain spreadsheet of vendor returns and credits.
⢠Accurately journalize accounts payable payments.
⢠Periodically reconcile vendor account statements with company records and investigate any discrepancies.
⢠Coordinate with Warehouse to maintain flow and accuracy of vendor invoices and returns.
