Customer Service RepresentativeJob Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the processing of payments, responding to customer inquiries, request, complaints and sales. Job functions would include: process service/meter orders; calculate and adjust electric service billed revenue as required; negotiate with customers concerning late payment arrangements and determine deposit amounts when required; process new service orders/transfers; speaking to customers about services and products.Job Requirements:
Business office experience strongly preferred
Experience with customer billing systems
Experience with cash processes
Ability to process a high volume of transactions
Proven customer service experience
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous utility customer service experience highly desired
