Manage specialized Vegetation management software applications and reporting spreadsheets, entering data and generating reports with proficiency in the Vegetation application and Microsoft Excel
Will respond to data inquires
Manage all application related tasks, generate work requests and various reports, conduct queries and research, perform edits and back-ups, update programs and files, and maintain the integrity and security of the database.
Support field crews and arborists with reports, maps, spreadsheets, etc. while validating work plans in the field
Perform duties in a manner that will promote and maintain good public relations and an open line of communication with management.
Possess good communication skills with field staff and office staff
Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Two or four-year degree in a related field such as, GIS, AI, Remote Sensing is required.
Must have an aptitude and interest in learning to use new technologies.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including:
Advanced creation and use of formulas
Ability to create a variety of charts and graphs
Ability to create pivot tables
Use of multi-sheet workbooks
Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities and show attention to detail.
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have the knowledge of how processes work, timelines, data flow, etc.
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
