Growing printing department seeks print department operator. Please read this job advertisement completely before applying.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years digital printing experience. Graphic design experience a major plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow creative direction.
- Knowledge of printing and production techniques.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn of a wide variety of production tools to create digital, print and promotional products.
Responsibilities would include:
- Coordinate printing activities over a wide range of products including banners, posters, envelopes, brochures and many more.
- Coordinate and implement graphic art projects for our clients and company.
- Prepare printing, promotional products and marketing on various digital printing devices.
- Actively participate in group brainstorming/concept development sessions.
- Prepare finished copy and art as well as finished printed and digital materials.
- Manage and document the approval process needed for each type of project.
- Contributes to team effort by helping with other projects as needed.
- Owning all areas of production from concept through to completion.
- Creating eye-catching artwork and marketing for our company and our customers.
- Insuring consistent quality of work while improving workflow and efficiency.
