Position Summary:
The LeasingÂAgent would be responsible for assisting the Community Manager with the leasing and marketing operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
Assist Community Manager with leasing and marketing operations of the property
Manage market ready process
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
2Âyears of leasing or sales experienceÂ
Ability to work on-call
Yardi software experience
Section 42 experience
Customer Service skills
