Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prolong the lifespan of machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or appliances.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- PERSONAL TRUCK AND TOOLS REQUIRED.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks.
