Lead and coach team members to improve efficiency on job site, safely
Be able to identify landscape issues and opportunities
Maintain and manage all necessary computer and paperwork
Be able to organize tasks with the ability to adjust schedules and priorities
Manages and schedules labor, equipment and material to ensure Landscape Maintenance division has peak performance
Understand contract specifications and ensures they are met and maintains customers' complete satisfaction
Maintains sufficient staff to accomplish production schedules and analyzes future needs, forecasting staff and material needs to complete future jobs
Visit job sites on a regular basis, observing organization of work, identifying and resolving training issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure quality
Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Maintains costs within all assigned budgets
Developing extremely strong client relationships, up-selling and generating sales through the enhancement of landscapes for our clients by offering appropriate additional upgrades / services.
Must have vailed Driver License
Customer Service & Relationship Development: 3 years (Preferred)
Landscape Maintenance Exp. w/ Emphasis Exterior Services: 3 years (Required)
Production Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation skills
Four year degree in Landscape Horticulture/Management and 2 years continuous experience in landscape construction/installation OR 4 years continuous service performing duties as described (Preferred)
Knowledge of or formal training in maintenance practices, personnel administration, horticulture, sales, and marketing.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position.
