The Business Development Team at Concentrix is responsible for generating new opportunities, creating pipeline for Sales, and managing high-value partnerships with large, complex, and global corporate clients. The Business Development Team plays an important part in driving revenue by setting initial meetings and qualifying leads into opportunities.We need a highly strategic, creative, and people-first leader who has a demonstrated track record of driving revenue by leading a BDR (Business Development Representative) team. Supporting a hybrid (Inbound and Outbound) BDR team, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing their sales skills. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to formulate strategy, identify how to drive extraordinary impact across multiple regions/industries, and generate interest across our suite of service offerings. To help continue the rapid growth of this team and our supported business lines, you will collaborate with BDR Enablement, our Customer Insights Team, Demand Generation, and Sales to create quality pipeline.Your key responsibilities will look like:

Manage a team of BDRs and own the team quota supporting the multiple Concentrix service lines.

Develop sales talent to personalize at scale, create interest, and master persona-based selling.

Stimulate market demand by proactively identifying market needs and aligning needs with CNX solutions.

Use a data-driven approach to uncover opportunities, training gaps, and success indicators.

Coordinate product and sales training while inspecting on adoption and execution.

Partner with management to drive strategic direction and alignment with Marketing and Sales.

Create ongoing improvements with Demand Gen, Partners, Enablement and Sales leadership.

Create a community among the solution Sales teams to enable ongoing knowledge sharing around products, processes, and methodologies.
