Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, Michigan. This role involves working in a call center environment where you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. As a part of our team, your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving customer loyalty. Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their needs Data entry, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate Utilizing excellent communication skills to assist customers via phone and email Entering customer orders into our Epic System, which we will provide training for Working in customer portals to retrieve orders Demonstrating strong organizational skills to ensure all aspects of customer orders are correct, including all value-added processes Liaising with various supervisors within the plant regarding orders and materials Conducting inspections of materials to ensure correct finishing Scheduling appointments as needed Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks. Requirements Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer service setting Experience with data entry and order entry tasks Ability to communicate effectively through email correspondence Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Knowledge of Epic System software Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and integrity Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
