We are a leading regional technical and digital services company providing small to medium sized businesses turnkey solutions in network functionality, network management, desktop support, and VoiP systems.
Requirements:
2-3 years of network experience- as an admin or engineer
Strong knowledge of Fortinet firewalls
Cisco route/switch proficiency
Highly knowledgeable of IT operations, platforms, functions and terminology
CompTIA Network or Cisco CCNA highly desirable but not required

Job Details
Responsibilities include:
• Deliver network implementation and remediation projects to meet demands
• Identify, diagnose and resolve network problem, analyze root cause
• Install, maintains and upgrade network hardware, software, and operating systems
• Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information
• Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problem and outages
• Coordinates and communicates with users
• Responds to and resolves support requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours
