Description We are on the search for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is primarily focused on collecting data and working with CRM and databases. The Analyst will be using SQL and Microsoft Excel to pull reports and organize large amounts of data for an upcoming data migration then moving forward, post implementation in maintaining and enhancing features of this system. The industry we operate in requires SQL reporting skills. SAP is a plus but not required. This role will be based full onsite in Jackson, Mississippi, 39210, United States. MUST be local to the area currently. This position also requires employees to obtain a security clearance after hire date.Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables Working closely with the team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget Utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking Managing and maintaining CRM and other databases for accurate record keeping Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Leveraging skills in Ellucian Banner for effective project management Utilizing MS SQL Server for database management and operations Ensuring all project-related data and information are accurate and up-to-date.Requirements Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Proficiency in database management Familiarity with EO/IR systems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with the 'About Time' software Understanding of contract management principles Proficiency in Ellucian Banner software Experience with MS SQL Server Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
