We are considering the purchase of a retail center in Hazelhurst and wish to find a property manager to oversee the property and do light maintenance.
You will be the main contact for the tenants and will solicit contractors, when work is needed and check on the work that is done. Also, you will do light maintenance work one day a week to help maintain the appearance of the property. This position is probably a one day a week commitment with potential for additional time when required. We want to pay a monthly retainer / reimbursement that can be negotiated when we meet - based on your experience and availability.
