Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Office administration: answering phones, messages, sales, scheduling, emails, communicating with clients, customer service, social networking .
Assist in requesting for: pricing and estimates
Responsible for all filing and upkeep of client folders and files
Other requirements and responsibilities listed below:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Must possess good verbal, and written communication skills.
Positive attitude is a must and willingness to learn.
