We are seeking a professional Dealership Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE title experience (working at a dealership or auto auction) .
In addition to this experience, the candidate must be capable of managing various administrative tasks, including:
Facilitating paperwork for sales transactions.
Assisting with accounting and organizational tasks.
Sending emails, generating letters, other business communications and various any kind of office related tasks.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) requires someone who is attentive to detail, values mutual respect, follows instructions well.
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
