Family owned business seeking new hire for part time work- Flexible schedule, 1-3 days per week. Would be responsible for merchandising stores on official sets. Some weeks will have 1-2 days, some will have 2-3, and very occasionally (during holiday) there will be no sets.
Requirements:
-Experience with grocery products and ability to properly merchandise our and competitors brands.
-Ability to develop a rapport with set coordinator to develop and set store shelves and to set & modify according to planograms
-Ability to communicate issues quickly and concisely
-Ability to manage email, daily reports and phone calls
-Ability to sell store manager displays on our items
-Stamina to stand 8 hours on concrete floors
-Ability to sometimes lift up to 50 LBS
-Ability to accomplish objectives plan your workdays with little supervision.
Ideal candidates would have some merchandising and set experience at retail level. Work may involve moving shelving and gondolas. Employee would also be responsible for installing and fixing shelf POP materials as required.
Compensation:
Competitive wage of $15 per hour plus $0.42 per mile traveled as tracked by MileIQ.
Any nights out of town will have hotels/meals paid for by the company via company credit card
