As we continue to grow, we’re looking to hire a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive, solution-oriented individual who can manage a fast-paced workload with professionalism. Communication with our office staff is ongoing throughout the day, so responsiveness and clarity are a must.
Ideal Skills (not all required):
Carpentry
Plumbing
Light electrical
Minor roofing (clearing debris, small repairs)
Sheetrock repair and painting
General troubleshooting/problem solving
Requirements:
Strong communication and time management skills
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Reliable smartphone with text and email access
Personal truck and basic tools
Ability to work independently and think on your feet
Pay & Opportunity:
