Make routine residential repairs, maintain my office and personal home. Rental properties that have 3-4 turnovers per year that must be readied for next tenant. Be able to paint, mud drywall, make common plumbing repairs, unstop clogs, change fans, light switches, simple carpentry, change out appliances, meet repairman, operate and maintain zero turn mower at my residence, weed eat, blower, pressure washer, rental tenants mow their own lawns. Be able to occasional drive pickup truck with a utility trailer, clean office, make deliveries with company truck. Must have physical stamina to work a full 8 hours. Be able to answer my phone calls and take tenant calls, email, text, youtube how to videos. All work is in Rankin County and my home in Jackson.
