A person who has worked with providers, great customer service and diverse repayment and payment plans.
Someone who is extroverted, great customer service and solution oriented and works well under pressure.
First 2-3 days will be modules (HIPPA training) on computer, then lots of shadowing with team and then team shadows you; learning curve: 1st step about 3 month mark, but wont fully feel comfortable until first year.
