-Location: Various job sites across Mississippi
-Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our field operations team. This role involves capturing high-resolution photographs and videos of real estate projects across various job sites in Mississippi. Each site requires approximately 10 photos per room, including the front yard, backyard, and parking area, as well as a comprehensive video walk-through of the entire location. The position demands travel and adaptability to different work environments.
-Key Responsibilities:
Capture clear, high-resolution photographs and videos of assigned properties
Ensure all required areas of each property are thoroughly documented
Communicate effectively with the dispatch supervisor via text/email and cell phone
Complete assignments efficiently and accurately
Utilize basic email and text messaging for communication and file submission
Qualifications:
Clean background check
Easy going
Good command of the English language
Ability to work independently
Strong understanding of worksite safety procedures
Possess a working cell phone and/or Digital Camera
Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and performing manual labor
Must wear safety work shoes, hat, and a safety vest while on job sites
Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed
