We’re growing and seeking 1 hard-working, curious person to join our current team This role is a great fit for anyone curious about earthworms, biology/science, soil health, composting, or the environment. This role comes with an opportunity to take on more responsibility (with increased pay) as the company grows.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with our owner team and learn all areas of our business, with the primary responsibilities including:
Helping with all breeding activities
Feedstock, bedding, and bin prep
Assisting with composting and bulk worm casting activities
General day-to-day care for the worms, including monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
This role requires hands-on work (e.g., some lifting, being on your feet, etc) and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

Location: Oxford, MS
Starting Compensation: $14/hour
Hours: Flexible during the 7 am to 4 pm window (no weekend help needed unfortunately). We’re happy to arrange your hours around other commitments (work, school, etc).
