Crescent Memorial, a rapidly growing company in Tupelo, is looking for highly qualified Customer Sales Representatives. We are looking for people that have experience taking orders over the phone and providing fantastic customer service. The person has to be intelligent, able to multi-task, very friendly and love working with customers. We are seeking employees that also want to make a career here so we will be looking for candidates who have been with companies for a long time. Crescent Memorial has never had a lay off and we consider it a fantastic place to work. Please only qualified candidates with experience working in a call center environment should apply. This position is not sales - but rather taking orders from our +10,000 customers that love us. You would work Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM and would always get 40 hours per week. You would be paid a hourly rate and then also get a bonus based on performance after training and after six months on the job. In addition, we pay 90% of your health care costs and it is a very good health care plan.

Crescent Memorial drives most of the business through direct mail to 20,000 funeral homes across the country and we are actively selling to well over 10,000 of them. We sell and manufacture almost everything that a funeral home might need.
