We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist – Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) to support the Mississippi State Department of Health. The consultant will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency’s mobile device and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and Microsoft 365 technologies.The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise endpoint management experience, expertise in mobile device enrollment and security policy configuration, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with agency IT teams to modernize device deployment and management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management solutions.Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and endpoint security baselines.Integrate Apple Business Manager and Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP) with Microsoft Intune.Implement and support Android Enterprise device management.Assist with migration from existing MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, application deployment, and policy-related issues.Support Microsoft Entra ID integration and Microsoft 365 administration.Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, and configuration standards.Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to agency IT personnel.Recommend implementation improvements aligned with state, federal, and agency security requirements.
