A Snapshot of Your DayThe Operational Excellence Manager will serve as a pivotal member of our leadership team! They will supervise key initiatives across the business and take on major technical challenges in manufacturing as well as administrative areas. Collaboration will be required with departments from various functions. They will focus on driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.How You’ll Make an Impact

Responsible for driving productivity in product manufacturing

Implement Capital Investment Plan and Manage Projects Accordingly

Direct a team of Manufacturing engineers

Develop, Mentor, and Lead the team to cultivate a continuous improvement culture

Drive multi-functional collaboration across the organization

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / manufacturing engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.

5-8 years' experience

Experience in an engineer to order manufacturing environment. Distribution Transformer preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate customer needs into actionable plan.
