detail-oriented Warehouse Analyst to join our cycle count team at Siemens
Energy, Inc. in Richland, MS. As a Warehouse Analyst, you will be responsible
for analyzing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and
accuracy in inventory management. This role requires strong analytical skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various
departments.How You’ll Make an Impact
Analyzewarehouse operations and identify areas for improvement in inventoryaccuracy, space utilization, and process efficiency.
Developand implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, includinginventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment.
Monitorand report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouseoperations.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and qualitycontrol, to ensure seamless operations.
Conductregular audits and root cause analysis to identify and resolvediscrepancies in inventory.
Assistin the development and implementation of warehouse management systems(WMS) and other technology solutions. Provide training and conduct rootcause analysis to solve inventory discrepancies.
What You Bring
Bachelor'sdegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, ora related field.
Provenexperience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similarrole.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiencyin warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
Strongattention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of lean andcontinuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
