This position is for an International Picker / Craterwith a company located in Southaven.Job Summary: The position requires the ability to perform the following responsibilities in a safe, accurate and timely manner in accordance with Safety policy & procedures, Quality & the principles of 3Q6S, and time standards. Good attendance is required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Pull, scan, and stage product accurately for shipping. Ability to crate orders to spec's. Ability to record weights and dimensions. Ability to load containers properly. Ability to use RF equipment to pick sale orders using varied operating systems. Stage freight in designated areas. Ability to inspect and operate various types of power equipment. Willingness to be cross trained to perform other functions such as receiving and checking. Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and safe work area. Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years successful warehouse/distribution experience. Skills: Ability to work shifts as needed including overtime; month-end availability a must. Flexibility to work varying shifts is a plus.
