This is a Job Description for a Retail Sales Associate in Southaven, MississippiSummary: Perform a wide variety of skilled maintenance work on our converting, printing, and extruding equipment, and various other ancillary equipment, as well as general repairs to building and grounds. Emphasis on Good analytical skills and ability to source other/outside resources to resolve issues, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic and mechanical problems, repairing and replacing faulty components or parts, installing new machines and equipment, performing Preventive Maintenance on equipment, maintaining parts and supplies inventories. This position will be responsible to support the plant by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and modifying mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. Including PLC, DCS and multiple systems.Duties & Responsibilities: Provide consistently with high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards. Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets. Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards. Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise. Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities. Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and complaint-working and shopping environment.
