Location: Tupelo, MSGoodyear. More Driven.Position Description:The primary purpose of this role is to enter associate’s timecards into the Goodyear payroll system. Additionally, you will review completed weekly payroll to identify issues and proactively correct as to not impact the associate's paycheck.Principal Responsibilities:
Data entry and reviewing of timecard reports. This includes, adding paid time off, correcting missed timecards, etc. Responsible for ensuring that all weekly and monthly incentive pay is accurately and appropriately included in the payroll file submitted for processing.
Partner with Human Resources to assist in addressing payroll related questions.
Responsible for determining how best to route associate issues related to payroll, benefits and employee relations.
Reconcile weekly payroll.
Required Experience and Education:
High school diploma
Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skill.
Exposure to office setting with some level of Data Entry strongly desired.
Preferred Personal Skills/Attributes/and Qualifications :
Detail oriented and team oriented
Microsoft Excel, and Word
Ability to accurately process high volume of transactions.
Manager multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
