Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.

Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.

Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.

Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements.

Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.

Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

Minimum of 18 years of age

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

A cumulative 3.5 or higher GPA

Experience with electrical power systems

Experience with electrical power design in the aerospace industry

Experience with electrical/electronic schematics and drawings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

Experience with Matlab/Simulink

Experience with instrumentation and/or data acquisition systems

Experience handling Electrostatic Sensitive Devices (ESD) hardware and its related processes

Able to work independently and with a cross-functional team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering processes quickly

Willing to work in a Lab environment with mechanical tools and equipment

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
