Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services(BGS) is currently seeking to hire a Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst to become part of the F-15 USAF Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO .F-15 USAF Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance training devices for multiple F-15 USAF variants. This is an amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across all aspects of the program! The ideal candidate will have interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of systems engineering.Position Responsibilities:Collaborating within a cross-functional team to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams
Lead and manage the Site Incident Report process
Attend customer meetings to brief status on Site Incident Reports
Manage product discrepancy reports using ClearQuest
Develop performance, specification, and compliance requirements in DOORS
Develop systems integration plans
Participate in Agile planning increments, retrospectives and daily standups
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at our Berkeley, MO location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Secret U.S. Security Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Minimum 5 years product development support experience
Minimum 2 years experience in requirements management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience using databases to collect product defects, such as ClearQuest
Experience using DOORS to manage requirements
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher
