Dive into the cutting-edge realm of technology by leading the installation efforts for Siemens Team Center, focusing primarily on Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) projects. While engaging in a balanced mix of BDS and Boeing Global Services (BGS) tasks, you'll predominantly immerse yourself in the captivating challenges of BDS programs, where proprietary elements demand your expertise. Leads activities to architect, design, build and test instances of Boeing's Siemens Team Center configurations

Works with Team Center architects to optimize open-area requirements for successful implementation in closed-areas

Provides technical solutions and expertise to other closed-area applications with Siemens Team Center integrations

Ensures all process and system solutions meet company security policies

Provides project plan information, including resources estimates, task dependencies, and risks to program/project planners

Deploys (install, upgrade, migrate) software components into application environments

Demonstrates initiative for learning, adaptability to complex situations

Performs product and component management to ensure technical viability and cost-effectiveness from the point where it is evaluated through implementation and support, to retirement

Uses technical expertise to help business partners and others by answering technical questions regarding the usage, trouble-shooting and functionality of delivery systems products to ensure effective implementation and usage of delivery system products

Applies knowledge of computing systems to choose appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, escalated delivery systems problems

Works with appropriate product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-house

Chooses appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational management

Documents resolutions/analyses according to support procedures

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options .This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of experience deploying and sustaining Siemens Team Center application instances

3+ years of experience in integrating complex applications on Windows and Linux platforms

3+ years of experience with Java

3+ years of experience with deploying, securing and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems (RHEL5/6/7/8)

1+ experience with Quality Assurance specifications and requirements

Experience utilizing process improvement and problem solving methodologies

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active U.S. Secret clearance or higher

5+ years of experience with cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, PCF/Tanzu or similar)

5+ years of experience with software development in Agile methodology

3+ years of experience in scripting and programming (bash shell, PERL, etc.)

Experience administering and troubleshooting java application servers (Weblogic, Websphere, Jboss, etc.)

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
