The Kimpton Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman Montana is looking for highly motivated and passionate cooks to join our team!We have 3 restaurants, our fine dining flagship is Fieldings, where we serve “Modern Mountain Cuisine” focusing on local products and polished techniques. Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. Must be passionate in all things Montana and able to adapt to weekly menu changes, daily tasting menus, advanced plating techniques and working in an open kitchen.Sky Shed is our rooftop restaurant. We serve internationally inspired, locally sourced small plates with the best view in the town! The vibe is really relaxed, music is pumping and food is flowing!
