Work closely with team members and others to motivate and improve 5S knowledge and implementationActively participate in site TPM transformation effortsComplete required documentation for repairs (work orders, equipment logbooks, etc.)Comply with company ethics, code of conduct, policies, and best practices, with a commitment to safety in the workplace, valuing of diversity, and promotion of a harassment-free environmentPerform skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and process control systemsMaintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production-related mechanical components and electrical system in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policiesAssists with recommending and implementing equipment improvements to drive efficiency, capacity, and yield gainsAssists the maintenance team to develop methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflowAssists the maintenance team troubleshoot complex problems with production departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customersAssist manufacturing engineers by driving improvements in equipment performanceAdopt and promote a high energy culture that stresses close communication and teamwork among all departmentsAssist the maintenance team in providing subject matter expertise for evaluating existing/new equipment and best practicesRecommend revisions to standard operating procedures as neededAssist employees with work process issuesPerform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications/Education:Education/Experience:High School graduation or equivalent requiredExperience with TPM preferredTwo or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment requiredPLC experience preferred3rd Class Boiler Operator license preferred or must be able to obtain within 1st yearExperience in a Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry preferred.Experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) preferredSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Problem solving/analysisGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Compensation/Benefits:The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position.
