The Accountant Senior will work under the direction of the Property Controller or Manager to apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports for the Resort Accounting Department.  Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonth-end Close to coordinate the close of all HOAs, Rentals, Retail Outlets, and RMI businessPrepares financial statements and analyses for the different areas of businessBalance sheet and P&L reconciliationsCompile and prepare year-end audit responsibilitiesPrepare Operational and HOA budgetsWork on ad hoc projects as necessary to meet the objectives of the Resort Accounting Department.
