Job DescriptionHotel:Chateau on the Lake### Banquet Bartender### Full timeAtrium SPIRIT - where teamwork, passion and appreciation ignite service excellenceWe offer a competitive benefit package as well as Daily Pay Option.Hourly wage is $12.75 plus tips.Primary Purpose:The primary purpose of the Banquet Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent bar experience during banquet events.Work Performed:TheBanquetBartenderwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverageswhile following standard recipes to ensure established control systems arefollowed;
Promote food and beveragesales;
Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously servingguests;
Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking,etc;
Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time, complete closingduties;
Ensure cleanliness of thebar;
Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and companypolicies;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions tomanagement;and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:Required Prior Experience:Previous customer service experiencePreferred Prior Experience:6 months of bartending experiencePrior bar and/or restaurant experiencePreferred Education:High School diploma or equivalentRequired Licenses/ Certification:Food Safety certificate or complete training during initial 90 days.Alcohol certification or complete training during initial 90 days.Physical:Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend and squat repeatedlyAbility to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shiftOther:Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings,nights,weekendsand holidays.When youre an Atrium Associate, youre a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate Home Away From Home for our guests.
