DUTIES
Greets families in a professional and approachable manner.
Coordinates Owner check ins with In House Concierges/Sales Reps.
Ensures booked tours are properly scheduled.
Track, audit and report weekly tours, penetration, and any other statistical information as necessary. Respond to questions and concerns from guests.
Recommends corrective services to adjust guest complaints.
Attends meetings as required.
Prepare reports as requested.
Communicates to Sales Director daily on check ins
Communicates with Front Desk and Resort Management to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed
Ensures that check in refreshments are clean, organized and always available.
Ensures that the sales check in area is always clean and presentable.
