We are now seeking a Senior Director of Key Operations to guide the continued transformation and evolution of this division. In this leadership position you will communicate the vision and strategy for the full Keys Division to the field. Create a positive and productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard’s core values. Drive a culture of coaching through on the job engagement and formalized training to support field operations effectiveness and the consistent development of people. Deliver operating performance at or above budget in terms of revenue, EBITDA, productivity, customer expansion, customer retention, employee engagement and retention, and service expansion. Additional responsibilities include: Leadership / Strategic Initiatives

Lead the Field Organization for the Keys Division

Assure the technicians’ performance enables the Keys Division to fully deliver on their financial plan.

Partner with enabling functions to drive operational efficiencies, standard operating procedures, and cost reductions.

Implement and continuously improve supply chain optimization, including field inventory management, fleet management, etc.

Implement processes to track and maximize asset utilization to attain forecasted ROIs.

Partner with the training team to develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.

Train route-based technicians to successfully acquire new customers and manage their performance.

Drive and participate in the succession planning process to develop operations leaders

Hire, develop and motivate multiple levels of operations leaders and technicians.

Maintain operations to meet Company provided guidelines regarding safety and compliance with Local, State, and Federal ordinances, including OHSA and EPA.

Build pipeline and lead operational diligence for acquisitions to ensure smooth integration and delivery of financial expectations.

Customer Engagement

Lead business development and drive revenue, customer expansion, customer retention and five-star service.

Develop strong relationships with important customers.

Drive continuous expansion of Dent Wizard services with large, strategic customers.

Provide lead generation and drive integrations for potential acquisitions.

Partner to assess the market to ensure we are making informed decisions on pricing for assigned segmentation.

Operations Administration

Lead monthly financial reviews and the Quarterly Business Review Process to ensure business delivers on its commitments.

Develop and implement plans to deliver annual operating budgets.

Support and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures on ethics standards and commitments.

Provide timely feedback to senior team as to market conditions, competitive pressures, and the engagement of staff at all levels.

Staffing

Own the balancing of staffing decisions to trade off gross margin vs. new business capacity.

Recommend appropriate staffing levels and/or business solutions to reach desired goals.

Ensure leaders have the skills to and are effectively hiring ideal talent.

Position Requirements Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience required.5+ years of proven operations experience in a similar type of environment.A referenceable track record of concurrently managing and prioritizing multiple large projects.Automotive and reconditioning industry experience preferred.Supply Chain experience preferred.

The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).Base Pay Range:$125,000 - $200,000
