Applicants must live in or near Perry County, MO.We are seeking a compassionate, professional Case Manager/Social Worker to provide case management, pregnancy counseling, and parenting/adoption education and support through our Parenting Services in PERRY COUNTY, MO area. They will have the opportunity to provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management services to pregnant women, as well as families in crisis.Duties
Provide effective counseling and case management to client populations
Establish and maintain appropriate, current community networks and interactions, in cooperation with program supervisors and staff.
Provide consultation and input to leadership for the program as requested
Continue professional growth and development such as cultural competence, social diversity, therapeutic and intervention techniques as related to job duties.
QualificationsMust be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.Case Manager or Social Worker Bachelors-Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.Case Manager or Social Worker Masters -Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.Two years experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator.WE ARE A ST.
