Our client in St. Louis, Missouri is looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their team for a long term contract to hire position. The ideal candidate will have:
Help Desk and application support experience
Database, query, and cloud experience
Troubleshooting experience

responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, serve as liaison between external customers and support services. Assists with IT changes and is responsible for incidents and service requests associated with application operations and/or client project activity. Help drive resources towards operational results in the areas of systems, platforms and applications.
