Description We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our CRM solution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, a strong technical background, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Responsibilities:
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs, including workflows, business rules, and forms.
Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and accounting systems.
Data Migration: Migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Development: Develop custom solutions using C# and .NET to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and CE modules.
Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
Experience with Dynamics 365 integration with other systems.
Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Knowledge of Azure and other cloud platforms.
