Moneta is excited to expand our Enterprise Services Team with a skilled Bookkeeper to help launch and lead a new centralized bill pay operation. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and own the bill pay process, working closely with Partner teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.  Responsibilities for this position will include efficiently managing incoming expenses and ensuring timely payments, tracking and reconciling expenses and bank accounts, and providing clear, accurate expense reports at the end of each month.  This is a unique chance to shape a key function from the ground up and make a meaningful impact.Essential ResponsibilitiesMaintain client transaction details and supporting documentation utilizing QuickBooksMonitor daily cash availability within client accounts to ensure ample funds for all bill payments, requesting or processing transfers as neededReconcile bank statementsPrepare monthly financial statementsPrepare on-demand reporting for Clients and Partners as neededEstablish processes and procedures manualCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency
