This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management, providing valuable insights into HR practices within a corporate setting.Essential Responsibilities Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview schedulingAssist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and materialsSupport the onboarding process for new employees, preparing orientation materials and documentationSupport the coordination and scheduling of training sessions and workshopsHelp maintain employee records, HR databases, and the company's Learning Management System (LMS),  ensuring accuracy and confidentialityContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as the creation of engaging presentations and training contentAssist in organizing and coordinating company events and team-building activitiesProvide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparationParticipate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to various HR functionsCollaborate with team members on various projects related to employee developmentCollaborate with HR team members to support day-to-day operations and special projects
