Signature Consultants is seeking a Python Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Clayton, MO.
Responsibilities:
Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
Collaborate and consult with colleagues, managers, and peers to achieve common goals and resolve issues
Deliver engineering solutions that are large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and inductive thinking
Deliver on priority transformation efforts
Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
Partner across various groups to work on complex assignments
Review and analyze complex programming models to extract data and manipulate databases to provide required information
Required:
7+ years of Quantitative Solutions Engineering experience, Analytics, and Reporting OR equivalent experience through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of working with processes that leverage Python, SAS, SQL, and Excel
3-5 years of experience as a Python developer
Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask
A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python
Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system
Familiarity with testing tools
Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required
