We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise combined with outstanding customer service skills. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle complex technical issues, mentor team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.Essential Responsibilities:Technical Support & System AdministrationServe as an escalation point for complex technical issuesProvide comprehensive desktop support for Windows environmentsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesManage and resolve tickets according to SLA requirementsSupport remote workers and maintain VPN infrastructureAssist in managing Office 365 environment, including user administration, Exchange Online, and SharePointMaintain system security through patch management and updatesManage Active Directory users, groups, and policiesMonitor system performance and implement improvementsInfrastructure & Project ManagementAssist with and troubleshoot network infrastructureManage hardware lifecycle, including procurement and deploymentLead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrationsDocument technical procedures and maintain IT knowledge baseCoordinate with vendors and service providersConduct user training sessions and create documentation
