SummarySR Director IT (Quote-to-Cash), Clayton, MOResponsibilities: Lead mission-critical program and project initiatives in areas of order management systems and integrations. Actively seek out and drive continuous improvement opportunities across business processes and system solutions. Provide solution leadership in SAP SD (2024). Design and optimize end to end SAP CORE SD (order to cash) processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions giving quick wins. Operate as the solutioning expert managing integrations with customer engagement systems, payroll, tax etc. ERP implementation and management: oversee the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA application managing deliverables across all the phases. Manage and build the SAP delivery organization Incl. Functional teams, development teams, security teams, change and communication teams. Manage external vendors or consultants as an extension of it to ensure successful SAP implementation and integration with existing systems. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality SAP deployment. Provide solution leadership and keep project moving forward working closely with business and IT teams. Responsible for status management and reporting at the project and steerco levels. Leverage IT teams across architecture, PMO, data, integration to ensure successful delivery. System optimization and enhancements: identify opportunities for process automation, data analytics, and integration with other business systems. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with supply chain leaders, and end-users to understand their ERP needs and address any issues or challenges. Foster strong partnerships with stake holders to align ERP capabilities with business strategies and objectives. Facilitate training.Qualifications: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELOR’S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, COMPUTER SCIENCE OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD PLUS 10 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN SAP ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLATFORM OR RELATED FIELDS OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION.Special Requirements : EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE OF: 1. Demonstrated experience in SAP, specific to SAP ECC SD, across multiple industries as a team lead in full cycle implementations. 2. Expertise in end-to-end order-to-cash business processes. 3. Implementation experience with SAP ECC SD 4. Experience integrating SAP with EDI subsystems like IBM Sterling Integrator, SAP BTP. 5. Experience identifying risks and issues order-to-cash based and mitigating the same in a timely manner to meet project timelines. 6. Expertise with business processes, including finance (A/R Accounts Receivable, Settlement Statement, Rebate Management, Credit Management, Client Cash Application), order management (master data –client, material, pricing, output determination; sales order processing; outbound delivery and shipment processing; client invoicing). 7.Demonstrated experience leading and motivating IT cross-functional teams, managing IT order-to-cash systems projects, and delivering business results. 8. Experience with IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Particularly SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and SOD (Segregation of Duties). Business Development

Work with Business Development, Account teams and Project Management team to respond to RFPs and meet with prospective clients to win new business

Engage with existing customers on assigned accounts to determine additional ways we can serve their business needs in order to grow the accounts

Consult with business units to understand current business processes and provide recommendations on how to leverage technology to streamline processes.

Technical Leadership

Hold monthly team meetings to develop and grow the technical competency of their team

Work with other technical leaders to technical areas that need additional growth within the teams

Act as Tech Lead or Architect on major projects

Provide technical mentorship to team members both on and off your specific projects

Contribute to projects as an individual contributor as needed; be the glue when projects need help

Vendor Engagement

Work with platform and software vendors to build and maintain partnerships

Supervisory Responsibilities:Direct Reports

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level:(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceField of Study/Area of Experience:Must have an undergraduate degree in business, management information systems, computer science or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.

12+ years of experience in technical architecture, technical development and/or leading technical teams
