As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional delivery experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes throughout ColumbiaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stopCarefully handle and protect packages to ensure they arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedbackCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and address any delivery-related questions or concernsMeet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards
