We are currently searching for a GM for our newest First Watch Day Time Cafe located at the Lake of the Ozarks. First Watch is a casual full service breakfast/brunch concept with a focus on delicious, healthy and fresh food.
Ideal candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years experience as a GM in a full service concept, have a history of good tenure in previous positions, and possess an ability to lead and inspire a team with energy and enthusiasm.
Salary is $50K plus bonus and growth potential, paid employee health insurance, 2 weeks vacation after one year. Training will be in Springfield, MO for 10 weeks. This opportunity provides an inherent quality of life as the restaurants are typical only open from 7am-2pm daily.
